You represent and warrant to Staples that you own and possess all rights or own or have obtained sufficient rights of third parties necessary to have Staples and/or our third-party service providers copy, produce, print, create, re-create or imprint each and every document or other item and portion thereof you submit, including but not limited to all fonts, images, artwork, colors and copy.
