Our approach takes the following steps to create a tailored program for each customer:

Your implementation plan is tailored according to your specific needs. We then assign an expert implementation team dedicated to executing your plan, often consisting of members such as a strategic Account Manager, customer service manager, eBusiness project manager and implementation manager.
Our typical implementation plan consists of seven phases:
