Our approach takes the following steps to create a tailored program for each customer:

  • Staples conducts a full baseline assessment of your current total print spend and identifies areas of opportunity for cost and process efficiency.

  • Results and recommended solutions are submitted for client approval, along with a comprehensive breakdown of pricing and anticipated total cost savings for your organization.

  • Your implementation plan is tailored according to your specific needs. We then assign an expert implementation team dedicated to executing your plan, often consisting of members such as a strategic Account Manager, customer service manager, eBusiness project manager and implementation manager.

     

    Our typical implementation plan consists of seven phases:


    Phase 1: Organization and definition of processes and tasks, as well as assignment of responsible owners
    Phase 2: Site surveys
    Phase 3: Systems integration
    Phase 4: Training/conversion preparation
    Phase 5: Site training
    Phase 6: Testing and measurement/retraining
    Phase 7: Implementation review/business review
