Get total coverage for your print devices. This option includes all parts, labor and travel (except consumables) and guaranteed next-business-day on-site service. Upgraded service level agreements are also available and include 4-hour, on-site response, 24/7 service response and preventative maintenance programs.
Time and Materials Maintenance Agreement
Pay only for the parts and service that you need. Plus, you’ll get guaranteed next-business-day service and can customize a per-call option based on predetermined hourly and travel rates. A flat travel rate is also available.
